CTU071 Islamic Education
The last subject that we learned for this semester is Islamic Education. We learn this subject with Madam Norida, and learning this subject with her is great, as he had told us a lot of stories related to the topics we are learning, and this makes the classes fun.
For this subject, there were also some assessments that need to be done. Most of the assessments are simple and easy to br understood by us.
Lectures
For Islamic Education subject, we learned a lot, for example the Concept of Islamic Education, the Role of Education in Islam and many more.
In every classes, Madam Norida must have at least an interesting that she will tell to us. The stories told by her helped us a lot to understand what she explained better. It also make the class more interesting.
Assignments and Assessments
For this subject, there are a few assessment that need to be done throughout the semester. The forst assessment is memorizing Surah Al-Mulk, from verse 1 to verse 15. Since we're conducting this assessment through online, all of us need to upload a video of us memorizing the Surah with our eyes closed.
The second assessment that we need to do for this semester is reading any 5 verse, from verse 16-30, and explain their meaning and messages
The third assessment we need to do is the forum. For this assessment, we need to watch the movie Wonder and elaborate wat we got from the movie. We also had a discussion on the U-Future platform together among our classmates.
The fourth assessment that we need to do is the quizzes. The quizzes were divided into two part, which are Part 1 and Part 2. This is an open-book, and this assessments help us to get extra marks for the world subject.
The last assessment that we need to do for this semester is the Final Examination. The exam was conducted through Google Classroom on the 16th of October. This assessment contains four subjective question and we were asked to answer all questions.
Conclusion
In a nutshell, learning Islamic Education with Madam Norida. We were exposed to stories about the Prophet Muhammad and this can help us to apply what he did in our lives. Madam Norida also is a great lecturer and her knowledge about Islam amazed me. I hope I get to see her again next semester, and to Madam Norida, thank you so much and I hope to see you again next semester :)
